exhibitors are conducted by national and local associations, other developers related bodies as standard practice. exhibitors are mostly held offline in dedicated premises, or they can sometimes be held online as well. PropertyBigBook facilitates both offline and online exhibitors.

When an exhibitor conducting organisation invites your business to participate in exhibitor, details will be available in the exhibitor Home page list. You have to accept the invite to participate in the exhibitor, details of terms and conditions to participate are between organisers and your business which is offline process.

After accepted invite, you can select projects and properties on offer for exhibitor, invite your contacts to visit your stall or webpage, save details of all registered users who visit your stall, and engage with them as normal business process. Details on individual processes are provided in tabs of the the exhibitor as below.

Exhibitor: Home

This is landing page for the exhibitor module. All exhibitors for which Business account has been invited would be listed here. You can refine the properties list by using following filter criteria:

• Search: Free text field to search for suitable exhibitor.
• Is Active: Select Status.

Exhibitors List: After exhibitors are shortlisted by search and filter criteria, properties are listed with following details. You can re-order You can re-order the list by selecting column headers for ascending/descending by it.

• Created On: Date on creation of exhibitor.
• Exhibitor UID: Exhibitor UID of the exhibitor.
• Exhibitor Name: Exhibitor Name of the exhibitor.
• Exhibitor Address: Exhibitor Address of the exhibitor.
• Mobile Phone: Mobile Phone of the exhibitor.
• IsActive: Status of exhibitor to account.

Actions:

• Create: It will lead to page to create exhibitor details functionality.
• Edit: It will lead to page to edit exhibitor details and manage associated functionality.
• Delete: It will lead to page to delete exhibitor details.
